  • New half-price scheme secures seat at 11 home league games
  • 2019/20 Season Card holders seats reserved for 2021/22
  • 2020/21 Early Bird purchasers to receive full refund
  • Live stream available for Season Card holders for £50

Stoke City have announced plans to offer supporters seats for 11 home league games at the bet365 Stadium for the 2020/21 season.

After consulting throughout with the Supporters Council, the Club believe they have come up with an affordable, flexible and fair solution which offers fans as much certainty as the Club can offer at an uncertain time.

The Club is grateful for the patience shown by fans over the past six months which has allowed us to formulate a plan for fans to return in a safe and welcoming environment.

It was the intention to put full Season Cards back on sale at Early Bird prices and run a ballot process for every fixture. However, we came to the conclusion that would not be fair as it would not have offered the certainty of a seat at every home league game for every Season Card holder due to a vastly reduced capacity.

It is hoped that supporters will get the green light to return to the bet365 Stadium from October 3 when Michael O’Neill’s men are scheduled to play Birmingham City.

The Club are introducing half-price 11 Game Season Cards split into a red and a white category with the games in each category clearly defined and adult prices starting from £165.

11 Game Season Card (Red)
11 Game Season Card (White)
  • 2020/21 Early Bird purchasers and anyone who held a 2019/20 Season Card, will have a priority window to purchase an 11 Game Season Card.
  • You can select up to six seats (from a maximum of two households) in your group (‘bubble’) from a seating plan specifically designed to meet social distance guidelines.
  • You choose whether you come to the 11 games listed as ‘red’ or the 11 listed as ‘white’. Your Season Card will then reserve you the same seat of your choice for every time you attend the stadium.
  • As the games in each of the red and the white category are clearly defined you will know exactly which games you have tickets for, will not have to print tickets at home on a match-by-match basis and will not face the potential disappointment of missing out in ticket ballots.
  • In partnership with the EFL and Sky, the Club are also to make available a streaming pass for the 11 home games not covered by the 11 Game Season Cards – as well as midweek away league matches – for just £50*.
  • 11 game Season Cards can be purchased using a six-month payment plan.

It should be noted that anyone who purchased a 2020/21 Season Card during the Early Bird sales period will receive a full refund, whilst anyone who held a 2019/20 Season Card – or purchased during the Early Bird period - will have their seat reserved for the 2021/22 campaign.

The Club are currently working with architects and health and safety experts to ascertain the socially distanced capacity for the bet365 Stadium based on government guidelines. We anticipate that we will initially be working with a reduced figure of between 6,000 and 9,000 seats.

This means that unfortunately no Season Card holder will be able to attend all home games this season but by splitting the fixture card in two, the Club believes that as many Season Card holders as possible will be able to attend games. There will be no away fans attending games at the bet365 Stadium initially and possibly for the entire season.

If the Club is restricted to a capacity at the lower end of that range, it is likely that a sales cap will be applied to each of the 11 Game Season Cards.

However, if guidance allows the Club to operate at the higher end of the range, there may be an opportunity for sales of both Season Cards to be uncapped, with additional match-to-match ticket sales where 11 Game Season Card holders will have purchasing priority benefits. That could mean you could watch in person significantly more than your initial package at the stadium.

The Club anticipates that 11 Game Season Cards will go on sale in mid-September with further details announced in due course.

*The streaming of games is subject to an arrangement between the EFL and Sky, which may be reviewed at any time.

New terms and conditions will apply to Season Cards distributed during Covid-19 restricted times and are expected to include a code of conduct for fans attending the stadium to adhere to.
